Are the pieces made from genuine Kiswah?
Yes. Every piece in the Sacred Threads collection is made from genuine Kiswah.
What does “unhung” mean?
“Unhung” describes Kiswah material that has not been hung on the Kaaba. Our pieces are presented honestly, and we do not claim that they have been installed on the Kaaba.
Does each piece come with a certificate?
Yes. Every piece comes with a Sacred Threads certificate describing the information available and verified for that item.
Can I order a framed piece?
Yes, subject to availability. Premium framing is available in the UK only. Please contact us for options and pricing.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We welcome worldwide enquiries. Delivery options, charges, estimated times and insurance cover depend on the destination and carrier. Details are confirmed before your order is finalised.

How should I care for my piece?
To help preserve your piece, keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, smoke and excessive handling.
For framed pieces, follow the framer’s care instructions. For unframed textile, seek advice from a textile conservation specialist before cleaning, washing or applying any treatment.
